Nico started as a Piano teacher and as her student body grew she turned her fun and results oriented teaching method into a network of highly professional and friendly teachers so now she can deliver great music lessons for multiple instruments in many areas of greater Los Angeles! Instruments currently offered include guitar, bass, clarinet, saxophone, flute, violin, mandolin, voice, piano, cello, drums, ukulele, accordion, bassoon, composition, keyboard, music theory, viola and more. We offer both studio and in-home lessons.

Trevor E.
Trevor is the owner of Fun Music School. He started his music career with the violin at the age of 8, after visiting his Swedish uncle Ole, who played violin, fiddle, piano and even made violins. School made more artistic endeavors possible; drama class, music ensembles and choir rounded out his musical experience. He switched to viola while in school, to participate in his school’s string quartet. He performed in a multi-state Honor Choir (the only baritone to be selected from his school). After school he took up a variety of careers, mostly based in sales or construction, relegating singing to the shower. Later in life he joined Nico Aiken, the previous director of Fun Music who was also a good friend, in a Pasadena-based singing group with a big-band style for a couple of years. She was just developing the school at the time. After many years, she decided to retire and as Trevor had just moved to the area, she offered him the school. A perfect match!
