Manage projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, production, quality control, and installation/delivery);
Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist clients who visit our center in person;
Write estimates, suggest solutions, and make sales for your clients;
Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval;
Source new opportunities within the community and make introductions to potential customers through a variety of means;
Generate new business, maintain, and update lists of prospective customers and referrals;
Work closely with the production team to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders;
Perform additional duties as assigned.
