We are seeking an experienced Financials Manager/Bookkeeper with strong
QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel skills to support multiple small businesses and non-
profits. Accuracy, organization, and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing, receivables
• Payroll processing and employee time tracking
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual P&L reporting
• Vendor research for cost savings
• Preparing payments for signature and occasional bank deposits
• Answering general calls and scheduling items on the company calendar
• Other accounting/office duties as assigned
