Managing budgets for maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting issues and diagnosing faults prior to dispatching.
Dispatching appropriate vendors to work orders.
Scheduling and following up with tenants/vendors.
Managing work orders based off emergency/non-emergency.
Must be able to come up with solutions to work orders that require critical thinking.
Answering daily incoming phone calls and assisting as needed.
