Seeking a tech-savvy, proactive Operations Coordinator with a strong can-do attitude to support our growing firm. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Position Overview 
The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in improving operational efficiency, supporting automation and data initiatives, and assisting executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, and quick learner who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities 
  • · Prepare and analyze operational and marketing reports
  • · Support automation, data management, and internal systems
  • · Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvements
  • · Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs
  • · Coordinate staff training sessions and internal workshops
  • · Provide executive and project support to the Chief Operating Officer
  • · Take initiative on assigned projects and follow them through to completion
Schedule & Classification 
  • · Full-time, on-site role
  • · Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • · Hourly, non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
Compensation 
  • · Overtime pay as required by law
  • · Bi-weekly payroll
Benefits 
  • · Paid sick leave accrual begins after 30 days; usable after 90 days
  • · After successful completion of the trial period, eligibility for:
    • o 48 hours of paid sick leave
    • o Group medical insurance
    • o 401(k) retirement plan
